I have lost a filling. Our taxi
deiver did not seem to know
the City so it took some time
for us to arrive – which we
finally did and the work was
done by a Doctor Hayes – as the
Dr. Barton for whom I was looking
was in America.
Returning to the hotel for lunch
we afterward took a ride in
a sightseeing bus: driving through
many principal??? streets and
stopping to see many buildings.
Among them “Sainte Chapelle”
the beautiful small gothic chapel
with a chapel in the ground floor
and one – a alrger and more beautiful
one above. These are said to be the
most beautiful ones of pure gothic
architecture probably in Europe.
Panthenon??? Cathedral of of Notre
Dame, stopping at many large
squares and Gothic??? buildings.
