The roughest most disagreeable
day we have had – High waves
heavy swells – rain and cold
with steamer rolling and listing
all day – Rather tired of so much
motion – but not ill.
Sunday Jan 13th
Services at 11 A.M. in the social Hall – but dew in attendance.
Dr. Bade spoke on the parable
of Jonah – a new interpretation
but sunshine and tripical.
Rain – cold and rougher as
the day wore on –
Monday Jan 14″
A stormy turbulent night
much – rain – high wind
and rolling all night last
night and to-day – very cold
and rough. Hard to keep warm
the wind is so high.
