At. 4.P.M. stunts???? on the deck
veranda –
A potato contest for ladies –
picking up potatoes one at a
time and placing them on a
plate – Then a cracker eating
contest – eating crackers
suspended from a string. Then
whistling afterward.
Then a nail driving contest
using large nails and a
machinist hammer.
Then musical chairs for ladies –
followed by one for the gentle-
men including the captain –
After dinner played bridge
a while then went forward on???in
