linen set for a friend –
Returned to the steamship
for lunch and a nap –
We were disappointed in our
plans for the day so Mr. + Mrs.
Bade were obliged to change
theirs at the last minute. on
account of an invitation
for the former to lecture at the
Royal Asiatic Aociety at 6. P.M.
At 3.15 P.M. left on the tender
for shore – then took a drive
Mr. Soriel + Mr. Phillips
accompanying  us –
