Transcription

rode toward the city –
Visited the Bilibid Prison
in the heart of the City –
Saw the automobile shops where
entire cars are built.
Then visited the wicker fur-
niture department where
fine furniture of Philippine
Mahogany and other woods
found here are used.
The wicker furniture is
noted all over the United States
as the best that can be built.
In the other lines of furniture
every thing except Piano cases
seems to be built – carved and
furnished beautifully.
Visited some of the shops –
Then returned to the steamer
for lunch.
After a nap we started out
again – to shop and finally
