again for the Sorrento drive
we turned and turned an
turned as we followed the
course of the mountains close
to the sea – The we would
suddenly climb until we
would be at the top of the
high cliffs by the sea ad
500-600 ft. above.
It is hart to tell what was
the finest part of the drive as
it seemed to be the most
wonderful we have taken.
Visited shops at Sorrento –
where we bought lace and
handkerchiefs all hand
made and beautiful –
Returned to the hotel in
time for a rest before dinner
at 7.30 This trip was 120 miles.
Retired after a full day
of sight seeing.
