then returned to the hotel
“Santa Lucia”.
Later we went to the ???
and were much disappointed
in it. Insomuch over-rated
and a disappointment.
Cold + damp and so little
to see.
In the morning we had stopped
at the Museum – but it was
not open and so cold in there
that we left.
As we returned at lunch it
began to rain – so Geo. went
out alone in the afternoon
while I rested.
When he returned he was very
wet.
